The Way

The siritual teacher only points the way ; We must do our own traveling .. - Buddha

Pointing

If you were to see a sign beside a road saying " Memphis" and you pulled it up and took to a lab . Ground the metal and paint up .Had it analyzed you would not find Memphis . For it is a only a sign pointing to Memphis . If you take a spiritual story like the Ark or the Garden of Eden and tear them apart and Analyzed them you will not find the truth for they are not the Truth but are pointing to the truth !

Pearl by Lanie Smith

A pearl is defined as a living organism;sometimes very precious that developes due to an irritation. It is described as a rare , fine , admirable and valuable despite it's coming about in response to injury and /or attack .Often a parasite can damage the external rim of the shell which causes a secretion that in turn forms a cyst in the healing process . How beautiful that something so delicate and lustrous can come from such a dark place. What hoppe this provides in reminding me of the resillience created by human nature. How wonderful that we do not have to be defined by our past.

Meditate

If you can't meditate in a boiler room , you can't meditate . Alan Watts
